CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Attorney General

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 29/1/2026 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Article (118) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and amendments thereto. The defendants have traded in the shares of the National Cleaning Company (Cleaning) during the period from 12/8/2025 to 9/11/2025, in spite of being insiders at the company, in coincidence with the availability of material information that was not disclosed to the public during their trading period.
