Title: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for The Securities House Company

Based on Resolution No. (169) of 2025 Regarding the License Application Submitted by The Securities House Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 11/09/2025, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to The Securities House Company for the activity of Custodian on 25/11/2025, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
