Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Filing a Report with the Prosecutor General Regarding the Occurrence of Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 21/08/2025 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Paragraphs (a, b) of Item (1) and Paragraphs (a, c) of Item (2) of Article (122) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. The defendants have executed illegal transactions on the share of Oula Local Fuel Marketing Company (Oula Fuel) during the period extending from 5/1/2025 to 13/3/2025, through executing previously coordinated, repeated, and opposite transactions that led to increasing momentum on the share, significant increase in its value, and attracting the public investors to deal on the share and purchase it in artificial prices, which enabled them to achieve illegal gains.
