The CMA announces the completion of the mandatory acquisition process submitted by Aayan Leasing and Investment Company on all shares of Aayan Real Estate Company without the participation of any of Aayan Real Estate Company’s shareholders in the mandatory acquisition offer during the shares collection period that ended on August 18, 2025, noting that Aayan Leasing and Investment Company and its group own 54.78% of the shares of Aayan Real Estate Company.
