CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Attorney General

The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 15/05/2025 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item (3) of Article (126) and Item (1) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. The defendant (Listed Company) refrained from providing the CMA with documents as required by the CMA Law and failed to enable the CMA’s employees to access data and information deemed necessary by the CMA.
