Title: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Ahli Capital Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. 95 of 2024 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Ahli Capital Investment Company for the Incorporation of Ahli Capital KD Money Market Fund pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, issued on 30/07/2024, and in implementation of Article 9 of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the Fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license has been issued to Ahli Capital KD Money Market Fund on 22/10/2024, for a period of three years, renewable.
