CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Cancellation of the Registration of Cap Corp Local Fund

Based on Resolution No. (134) of 2025 Regarding Cancellation of the License and Liquidation of Cap Corp Local Fund issued on 21/07/2025, and in continuation of the procedures of appointing a liquidator for the Fund by the CMA, and in implementation of Article (3) of the mentioned Resolution which stipulates that Cap Corp Local Fund shall be removed from the Funds Register at the CMA after completing the liquidation process.

The CMA announces cancellation of the registration of Cap Corp Local Fund from the Funds Register at the CMA, as of 16/07/2026.
