Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Ahli Capital Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (160) of 2024 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Ahli Capital Investment Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 05/12/2024, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to Ahli Capital Investment Company for the activity of Securities Broker not registered with an Exchange on 19/03/2025, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
