Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Burgan Bank

Based on Resolution No. (32) of 2024 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Burgan Bank to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 17/03/2024, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Bank a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to Burgan Bank for the activity of Subscription Agent on 30/07/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
