CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to KFH Capital Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (178) of 2023 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to KFH Capital Investment Company for the Incorporation of KFH Capital (USD) Money Market Fund pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, issued on 25\12\2023, and in implementation of Article (9) of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the Fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.

The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license is issued to KFH Capital (USD) Money Market Fund on 21/07/2024, for a period of three renewable years.
