CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Warba Bank

Based on Resolution No. 138 of 2023 regarding the licensing application submitted by Warba Bank to practice securities activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 12/10/2023, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the bank a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to Warba Bank for the activity of Securities Broker not Registered in the Securities Exchange on 14/05/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
