Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Warba Bank

Based on Resolution No. (111) of 2023 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Warba Bank for the Incorporation of Warba Islamic USD Money Market Fund pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 23\07\2023, and in implementation of Article (9) of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license for Warba Islamic USD Money Market Fund is issued on 03/12/2023, for a period of three renewable years.
