Based on the minutes issued by Boursa Kuwait Securities Company on November 28, 2023, the sale of 9,131,529shares of Rasiyat Holding Company was confirmed, representing 6.087% of the shares. This is in implementation of the partial purchase offer process submitted by Rawasi Kuwait Holding Company of the shares of Rasiyat Holding Company. Rawasi Kuwait Holding Company previously owned a stake of 29.23% of the shares, and with this transaction, the total stake of Rawasi Kuwait Holding Company becomes 35.317% of Rasiyat Holding Company’s shares.
