Greetings,
As part of the role of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to enhance and develop supervisory mechanisms and tools in accordance with the best international practice and the related revision of the supervisory requirements of the licensed persons, we would like to draw your attention to the cancellation of the enforcement of the stipulations of Circular No. (3) of 2018 issued by the CMA regarding the supervisory requirements of liquidity guidelines for the brokerage firms and the consequent elimination of the need for providing the CMA with the relevant periodic reports.
