Project scope
Ifsah Portal Users:
The IFSAH portal serves a diverse group of users:
- Companies: By registering on the IFSAH portal, companies can meet their obligations to the CMA & Boursa, including requirements for disclosure, conducting general assemblies, and financial reporting. This includes unlicensed unlisted legal entities such as governments.
- Collective Investment Schemes: By registering on the IFSAH portal, Collective Investment Schemes can meet their obligations to the CMA, including requirements for disclosure, and financial reporting.
- Auditors: By registering on the IFSAH portal, Auditors can review companies and funds financial statements and Capital adequacy ratio report submitted by their clients through the Financial Statements Domain.
- Individuals: By registering on the IFSAH portal, Individuals can meet their obligations to the CMA, including requirements for disclosure. The CMA will handle the dissemination of this information to the public through Boursa, as required.
- Other Regulators : By registering on the IFSAH portal, other regulators such as (Boursa Kuwait, and MOCI) will be able to access to specific information and domains related to their mandate. This will facilitate BK role in reviewing disclosures directly on iFsah if required.
