CMA LAW: Resolution No. (44) of 2016 Regarding Renewing an Auditor’s Registration in the Concerned Register at the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and

- The auditor’s registration certificate of Mr. Ali Mohammed Ismael Kouhari No. (EA/2013/0023) issued on 15/5/2013; and

- The request of the auditor Mr. Ali Mohammed Ismael Kouhari to renew his registration in the concerned register at the CMA; and

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The auditor’s registration in the concerned register at the CMA of Mr. Ali Mohammed Ismael Kouhari from Al-Salhia Auditing Office is hereby renewed for three years after paying the required fees.

Article (2)
The fees shall be paid within five business days from the date of issuance of this Resolution. In case of default in paying the fees during the specified period, the Resolution shall be considered null and void.

Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
