Capital Markets Authority announces the issuance of a Disciplinary Board Resolution on Thursday 13/11/2014 under violation No. (27/2014) Disciplinary Board.

 

 

Filed against: Warba Investment Company.

 

 

 

The Board Resolved the Following:

 

First: Subjecting the defendant company for more supervision for one year.

 

Second: Notifying the concerned parties with this Resolution.
